Encore has four locations; three in Silverdale and one in Shelton.  Each offers a variety of living options and health services; from private country cottages for independent retirement living to assisted living, and innovative programs for those needing care for Alzheimer's and other dementias.  We also provide 24-hour skilled nursing care and services, comprehensive rehabilitation therapies through Encore Rehabilitation Center and a full-service on-site pharmacy.  Services are available to both Encore residents and to families in Kitsap, Mason, and Jefferson counties.
