Comprehensive skilled nursing care is provided at Northwoods Lodge located in Silverdale. Northwoods Lodge is rated among the top 1% of skilled nursing facilities in the country.

Nursing services for long-term resident care, short stay recovery, and respite care are also offered at our assisted living centers, Clearbrook Inn located in Silverdale and Alpine Way in Shelton.

Respite Care for Families

Recovery, respite care and special short-stay apartments are also offered at Alpine Way in Shelton and Clearbrook Inn in Silverdale, when an apartment is available for this option.
